Fermentation tanks for aerobic fermentation (such as the production of antibiotics, amino acids, organic acids, vitamins, etc.) need to continuously supply a large amount of sterile air into the tank, and in order to consider the utilization rate of the air, it is fermented in the strain. The structure of the tank is relatively complicated, and the mechanical stirrer type fermenter, the bubbling type fermenter and the airlift type fermenter are commonly used.
First, the installation requirements of the strain fermenter
The fermentation equipment has been fixed with a bracket as long as the support is placed on a flat concrete floor. The power supply of the stirring motor is 380V three-phase power, which requires professional installation. Use the appropriate cable to connect from the motor wiring to the designated wiring of the electric control box. Second, the precautions for the use of strain fermenters
1. First check if the power supply is connected properly and there is no leakage. When operating, wipe it on your hands. Do not bring water to prevent electric shock.
2. After use, the power should be cut off first, and tap water should be added to the tank to prolong the service life of the fermenter.
3. When the equipment is cleaned, do not scrape with steel to avoid scratching the tank.
4. As with all stainless steel containers, liquid materials that are substantially free of chloride ions should be stored in the tank. It is strictly forbidden to store in a clear chloride environment.
