Zhenan Bao and her team did not waste any time. Although this artificial skin may take years to improve before it can be put on the market, the team hopes to apply these sensors in new tests as soon as possible.
"As of now, we have not tested these sensors in living organisms or humans, so this is our next step," said Zhenan Bao.
