3. Fertilizer over-produced Wang Miao. The wheat grows vigorously before winter, the wheat seedlings produce more tillers, the leaves are larger, the field is closed, and the ventilation and light transmission are poor. If winter does not matter, it will gradually decline into weak seedlings after winter.

Prosperous control measures: Prosperous control through deep ploughing and root cutting. Deep plowing 7-10 centimeters before winter to cut off part of the root system of wheat, inhibit the growth of the shoot, promote the root bar, and reduce the occurrence of ineffective delivery. Note that it is not appropriate to take this measure because of the lack of fertility, the excessively large number of seedings, and the large number of populations that are caused by too many basic seedlings.

4. Wang Miao formed by improper selection of varieties. Some spring and weak winter varieties are sown early, which can also lead to prosperous winters; such seedlings are most susceptible to freezing in winter.

Control measures: On the basis of early demarcation and repression, pre-winter soil encircles the roots, or covers “headed feces”. That is, organic fertilizers are applied during the winter wheat period, such as soil excreta, manure, compost, etc., and covered with wheat ridges. Generally, the amount of 1000-2500 kilograms of mu is used before freezing in the snow to protect the wheat seedlings safely in winter.

5. For severely prosperous wheat fields, growth retardants can be sprayed, which is a simple and effective method. It is best not to use paclobutrazol as a retardant, because paclobutrazol has a long residual time on dry land, which may cause safety hazards. Moreover, the use of paclobutrazol is slightly larger, and it is easy to control too much, which will affect the normal growth of wheat seedlings and lead to severe reduction in production. According to farmers, it is safer to use Maiyefeng and Chestnut. When wheat seedlings appear severely prosperous, they can use 25-30 milliliters of Maiyefeng (15-20 milliliters per acre when the prosperous growth is not serious), 25-30 kilograms of water, or 0.2%-0.3% The spraying of chlormequat solution on leaves can effectively suppress the growth and resist freezing injury.
