2. Humidification. The focus should be on increasing the relative humidity of the air, so that the relative humidity of the mushroom shed or mushroom house can reach 85% to 90%. The slower growth of the mushroom body in the humidity will not only prolong its growth cycle but also reduce its yield. In addition, the quality of the mushroom body deteriorates when it is dried. When the temperature is high every day, water can be sprayed on the space, the ground, the wall, etc. to increase the humidity in the mushroom shed.
3. Ventilation. In the ventilation time, we must talk about science. In the winter, it is best to ventilate when there is plenty of sunshine and warm weather. Specific measures are: open the vent at noon, but the premise is not to make the temperature difference between inside and outside the shed is too large; outside the temperature of 5 °C above, the plastic film below the south of the shed to open about 10 cm wide, the ventilation effect is very obvious.
4. Light. Light should not be weak, lighting is not only an important way to increase greenhouse temperature in winter, but also an important way to increase production and improve the quality of edible fungi. If the insulation performance of the mushroom shed is good, the temperature at night can be maintained at 5°C or more, then the grass canopies on the roof can be lifted as early as possible to extend the sunshine time as much as possible; on the contrary, the illumination time of the mushroom shed should be shortened accordingly. . In terms of weather conditions, when the temperature is below 5°C, sunny and cloudy weather should ensure that the lighting time should be increased as much as possible at the temperature of 5°C; in cloudy and rainy days, it can be provided at high temperatures during the day from 11 to 3pm. Add light; snow can increase the scattered light to the shed.
