How to deal with livestock and poultry industry waste? Where is the way out for livestock and poultry breeding?
In recent years, with the rapid development of animal husbandry, our province has taken the lead in putting forward plans for the construction of ecological provinces. Provincial and municipal leaders at all levels have come to the site to conduct field research.
With the joint efforts of Zhejiang Blue Sky Ecological Agriculture Development Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang University's School of Environmental Resources, we successfully explored the “ecology, resource, and harmless treatment of pig farm waste†technology and put it into practical production. The pig farm waste is a new type of agricultural circular economy model combining pigs, alfalfa, alfalfa, grass/rice, pear/tea, and sheep, ie, through the implementation of clean production on the farms, resource conservation and comprehensive utilization are achieved. The waste reduction and resource utilization of the farmland will gradually adjust and expand the company's industrial structure to form a combined agricultural and industrial chain. A number of interrelated functional blocks have been formed so far, and a circular economy with a material and energy efficient benign circulation has been established. structure. The use of ecological restoration technology not only fully recovers the active ingredients in the waste, but also promotes the pollution-free production of the plantation in the surrounding areas and the surrounding areas. It also reduces the disposal costs of waste and achieves significant social, economic, and ecological benefits.
Breeding pig breeding area: It covers an area of ​​110 mu, with 5000 slaughter pigs and 15,000 merchandise pigs. Under the guidance of the Zhejiang University's School of Environment and Resources, the site implements a “cleaning and diverting flow, rain and sewage diversion, and dry and wet separation†and is equipped with a dry manure storage fermentation tank with “topped and bottomed†to prevent secondary pollution.
The farm adopts clean production technology to separate wet and dry pig manure and sewage. Pig manure is fed into the pig manure pool and straw to be fermented. After decomposed, it is used for breeding of fly and earthworms. For feed use, the residual solid slag is used as a base fertilizer for the vegetable base in the park and for the pasture and grass in the sheep farm.
The pig farm sewage enters the catchment well first, then pumps into the hydraulic screen to carry on the solid-liquid separation, further removes the SS in the sewage, and the feces residue is mixed into the pig manure for comprehensive utilization. The sewage flows into the hydrolyzing and acidizing pool, and the effluent of the acidizing pond flows into the anaerobic pond. In order to fully realize the resource utilization of the culture wastewater, the effluent from the anaerobic pond is first considered to be used for the irrigation of pastures (ryes and Mexican corn). The forage produced was used as a green feed for the Huyang original farm. Or the original water tower that has been raised to the surrounding slopes is used for irrigation of hillside tea gardens.
蚯蚓 Breeding farms: In 2002, the company invested 600,000 yuan to build 12,000 m2 of aquaculture plastic greenhouses (蚓 reactors), changed the history of pig manure without direct disposal of farmland and fish farming in fish ponds, and improved pig manure. Using added value, the annual utilization of 2,000 tons of fresh pig manure, 220 tons of crop straw, 39 tons of live calving, 975 tons of manure organic fertilizer production, annual economic benefits of 605,000 yuan.蚯蚓 is used to configure the turtle feed, and manure organic fertilizer is used as high-grade organic fertilizer.
