3. Turn on the power switch (the upper right corner of the front of the device)
4. Slowly open the gas needle valve until the lamp head is lit.
5. Slowly open the gas-assisted needle valve (lower left corner of the device) until the two lamps have a slender blue flame to work (the more the flame is, the better)
6. Press the ampoules on the tray and do not put them into the flame immediately. First, see if the flame is at the center of the tray and if it is at the desired seal height (just loosen a knob on the bracket). Choose arbitrarily, then tighten tightly)
7. Place the ampoule filled with the liquid in the center of the tray and flame. Rotate the bottle evenly with your left hand, and when it is burnt to red, the right hand can be pulled off with a pair of tweezers.
8. After the work is finished, the gas-assisted valve must be turned off before the gas valve is closed.
Precautions:
1. The gas bottle and gas generating chamber must be more than 6m away from the working position.
2. The ignition valve must be closed before ignition, and the gas valve is slowly opened while ignition. Adjust the appropriateness of the flame until it is clicked.
3. The needle type regulating valve on the gas pipe and the mixing tee must be connected, and there must be no leakage to avoid accidents.
4. When using, when opening the gas needle valve and the gas-assisted needle valve, pay attention to the speed should be slow and even, not too fast, so as to avoid accidents.
5. When melting the ampoule, pay attention to slowly rotate the bottle. After softening, use the tweezers to cut the upper end and seal the bottle.
6. This machine should not be washed directly with water to avoid mechanical damage.
