1. Before using the R300MF mobile phase vacuum filtration device, the vacuum suction filter bottle should be cleaned, washed with a cleaning agent, rinsed with water several times, and then washed with distilled water.
2. Assemble the filter bottle and check it when assembling the filter bottle to avoid air leakage or liquid leakage.
3. After assembling the filter bottle, use a vacuum pump to connect the solvent filter bottle and the suction filter bottle. When inserting and removing the hose, avoid excessive force and crush the glass interface.
4. After the installation is complete, pour the mobile phase reagent into the filter cup. Note that the filter cup has a capacity of 300 ml.
5. Connect the Power Supply of the vacuum pump, the standard suction pump R300 (sciencetool) is oil-free design, no need to add pump oil or connect water source, directly open the switch to use.
6. Turn on the vacuum pump to start filtering. When filtering, pay attention to the pressure and speed not too fast, otherwise the filter membrane may be damaged.
7. When filtering, the pressure regulating valve can be rotated according to the actual situation to change the vacuum degree and the suction filtration speed.
8. The liquid in the liquid collection bottle should be poured out in time, otherwise the liquid in the liquid collection bottle may be directly sucked into the vacuum pump to damage the vacuum pump.
9. Please turn off the vacuum pump in time after filtration. In particular, do not pump the filter bottle for a long time after the filter membrane is clogged.
