1. When stacking sterilized articles, it is strictly forbidden to block the air outlet of the vent valve. The vacant space must be left to ensure that the equipment is unblocked and vented. Otherwise, the safety valve will not work due to the venting of the air vent, causing an accident.
2. Before using the autoclave, you must check whether the water in the sterilization tank is kept at the footrest.
3. When sterilizing liquid, the liquid can should be packed in a hard heat-resistant glass bottle, no more than 3/4 volume, cotton yarn stopper should be used for the bottle mouth, and no unperforated rubber or cork should be used. .
Special Note: The steam should not be released immediately at the end of the sterilizing liquid. The residual pressure must be discharged after the pressure gauge pointer returns to zero.
4. Do not sterilize items of different types and different sterilization requirements, such as dressings and liquids, so as not to lose sight of them and cause losses.
5. When the autoclave is sterilized, the gauge pointer must be restored to zero position and the vent valve seat should be placed in the venting position. The outside air is allowed to enter the autoclave, and after the vacuum is removed, the container lid can be opened.
6. After the pressure gauge of the autoclave is used for a long time, the pressure indication is not correct or can not be restored to zero position. It should be repaired in time. It should be compared with the standard pressure gauge at regular intervals. If it is not normal, the new meter should be replaced.
7. The autoclave should be kept clean and dry in order to extend the service life. The rubber gasket should be aged for a long time and should be replaced regularly.
