First, pre-treatment
sampling
1 Market sampling: The extraction of market vegetable samples should be randomly sampled from different locations within the same shipment.
1.1 sampling of packaged vegetables: For packaged vegetables (turnover boxes, cartons, bags, etc.), the same batch of samples, random sampling,
The sample size for each sample is 1 kg.
1.2 Sampling of bulk vegetables: The sampling of bulk vegetables should be commensurate with the total amount of vegetables. At least five samples of each vegetable should be taken.
In the case of large individual vegetables (greater than 2 kg/piece, the sample consists of at least 5 individuals.
2 Preparation and preservation of samples
2.1 Sample preparation: The extracted vegetable samples were mixed and reduced to two, one as a test sample and one as a leave sample.
2.2 Sample storage: Samples should be tested as soon as possible. Can not be detected on the same day, should be stored in a 4 degree freezer. Samples should be cryopreserved.
sampling
1 Randomly take 5 to 10 grams of sample (leaf leaf tip, fruit and fruit sample), place in a small beaker, cut with a pair of scissors

2 Place it in an ultrasonic cleaner and shake it for 3 minutes (if no ultrasonic cleaner can stir it with a glass rod, make the leaves fully in contact with the water and shake it by hand for 1 minute),
3 It is best to make 9 samples in the first batch and make a pure water blank control at the same time.
4 After each sample is cut, the scissors must be washed before processing another sample to prevent contamination.
Second, the sample measurement
Measurement procedure
1 Connect the pesticide residue quick tester to the power supply for warm-up and reach the set temperature. Remove the speed test card, first remove the transparent film cover, fold the speed measurement card along the midline, and insert the orange pill into the test paper slot according to the requirements in PR2006A+ pesticide residue fastness tester specification.
2 Draw a small amount of extract with a dropper and place three drops on the tablet to form a full water droplet!
3 After the sample is added, press the start button (START), and the speedometer will automatically time. After the 10 minutes reaction is over, a prompt tone will be emitted. At this time, close the lid of the instrument and let the orange-red pill come into contact with the white pill. 3 minutes. After the color reaction is completed, a gentle tone sounds.
The result was determined by opening the top cover of the speedometer and observing and recording the color change of the white tablets of the pesticide rapid test card. The blue color was negative, indicating that it was qualified; the light blue was weakly positive and there were traces of pesticide residues, usually less than 1 mg/kg; the white color was Strong positive, indicating pesticide residues greater than 1mg/kg, failed.
Third, post-test treatment
1 Clean the pre-treatment device, including beakers, droppers, and scissors, to avoid cross-contamination.
2 Clean the instrument with a paper towel, including residual water droplets, leaves, and tablet reagents.
3 Regularly wipe the instrument with alcohol or distilled water.
