Plate and frame filter equipment installation and handover process

After the plate and frame filter equipment is shipped to the enterprise, it must be installed, commissioned, and finalized.

1. Acceptance handover procedure

(1) Experience inspection, installation and commissioning

(2) Make installation and debugging records

(3) Co-certification and related personnel visa

(4) Transfer the equipment management department to carry out equipment numbering, establish account and file

(5) The financial department handles the transfer to fixed assets

(6) Delivery to production use

The medium and large filter press means that after the equipment has been overhauled or technically modified, it must also be checked and accepted. Relevant technical documents, drawing materials and handover document records shall be stored in the equipment file.

First, equipment unpacking acceptance

After the new equipment enters the factory, the equipment tool and the user unit jointly participate in the unpacking inspection. The content is: whether the whole machine is in good condition, whether the random attachments and technical documents match the packing list. After the inspection is completed, fill in the equipment out of the box to check the acceptance form, and hand it over to the user for safekeeping. The relevant problems found in the inspection and acceptance are coordinated by the equipment tool.

Second, equipment installation

The installation of the plate and frame filter equipment is organized and implemented by the equipment tool department. Among them, the foundation construction is implemented by the Infrastructure Department. The unit that has the ability to install is self-installed by the unit; if it is unable to install, it is installed by the equipment and equipment organization.

Third, equipment handover

After the installation of the filter press equipment is completed, the equipment and tools will be checked and accepted by the user, the infrastructure office, the Antech Environmental Protection Department and the relevant installation and construction unit according to the standard, and the random accessories and tools will be handed over. After the acceptance is passed, the relevant departments and units shall sign and complete the handover production acceptance form, deliver the production and use, and at the same time, register and number in the equipment and tools; and account at the finance department and cost. The full settlement fee is included in the fixed asset management.
