1. Safety precautions Before starting equipment maintenance, make sure that the submersible mixer is disconnected from the power supply and cannot be accidentally started. To avoid injury,
Be aware of the condition of the damaged and worn components to ensure the stability of the submersible mixer or its components, ensuring that they do not roll or fall, resulting in personal injury or damage to items.
2, inspection cycle and inspection matters
2.1 Inspection cycle Regular inspection and maintenance ensures that the operation of the submersible mixer is more reliable. The maintenance schedule below suggests when the submersible mixer should be serviced and when it should be thoroughly inspected (overhauled).
The maintenance schedule is divided into two groups according to the wear condition.
Group wear overhaul cycle overhaul cycle
A no or slightly every 8,000 working hours or once a year for five years or once every 50,000 working hours
B Severe every 4000 working hours or once a year, every two years or every 20,000 working hours or when the inspection indicates that it must be handled Note: A thorough inspection of the submersible mixer should be carried out at the workshop. Use an ammeter to find out if there is any possibility of blockage. Pay attention to the impeller. If the impeller wear is severe and the leading edge is unbalanced, the motor will be overloaded due to clogging.
2.2 Inspection items 2.2.1 Inspection The following items are required to be inspected and judged if necessary:
Replace all worn components;
Check all screw joints;
Check the amount of oil and the condition of the oil;
Check for any liquid in the stator cavity;
Check the cable entry and cable condition;
Functional inspection of the starting device;
Check the direction of rotation;
Check the lifting device and the guide rod (gap distance and wear);
Check the electrical insulation;
Replace all O-rings that have been removed for inspection;
Inspect and flush the seal and its surroundings. See "Recommended Check".
2.2.2 Workshop overhaul The repair shop requires special tools and should be completed by an authorized maintenance department. In addition to inspections, overhaul operations in the repair shop should also determine whether the following items are required:
Replace the bearing;
Replace the bearing seals;
Change oil
The sealing ring at the entrance of the cable, if necessary, replace the watertight cable;
Replace the mechanical seal.
3. It is recommended to check the general recommended inspection items and operation procedures as follows:
Inspect the object during the operation of the submersible mixer and visible parts on the mounting system to replace or repair worn and damaged parts. Make sure all the screws,
Both the bolts and the nuts are tightened. Check the condition of the lifting device/buttonhole, hoisting chain and rope and check that the guides are vertical.
If the wear parts interfere with the normal operation of the mixer, replace it.
If the seal leaks, the oil chamber will be pressurized. Cover the oil compartment with a piece of cloth to prevent oil from splashing out. See "Injection and Oil Change" for details.
Place the submersible mixer horizontally and check that the oil level is above the centerline of the shaft. Check the oil status by removing the oil drain screw and check the oil condition for leaks. Install the oil filler screw to seal. Since the oil is separated from the water, the first out of the liquid indicates that a leak may exist, and the screw is tapped until a clean oil flows out.
If the oil leakage is less than 0.1 ml/h, the mechanical seal is normal. Inject new oil into the oil chamber.
If the oil leakage is greater than 0.1ml/h, refill the oil. After the submersible mixer has been running for one week,
Check the oil condition again. If the oil leakage is still greater than 0.1ml/h, it may be:
· The mechanical seal is damaged, please replace it with the company.
Note the liquid in the stator chamber! If there is a leak, the stator chamber will be pressurized. Cover the screws with a piece of cloth to prevent oil from spilling. If liquid is infiltrated into the stator chamber, the device is tilted so that the liquid in the stator chamber flows out.
· Check if the screw plug is tight enough;
· Check for leaks in the cable entry;
· Check if there is water in the oil;
Check the stator after one week. If the stator box infiltrates into the liquid, it may be:
· The internal seal is damaged! Please contact our sales department.
Cable entry if cable entry leaks:
• Check that the cable entry is sealed and form an effective seal.
If the cable is damaged, the cable should be replaced in time. Make sure the cable does not bend or tighten excessively.
A malfunction has occurred on the starting device of the starting device. Please contact an electrician.
The monitoring device checks according to the monitoring device rules.
an examination:
• Signals and trips • Relays, bulbs, fuses and connectors are not damaged.
Replace the damaged unit.
Direction of rotation of the submersible mixer (charge check)
If the impeller does not rotate in a clockwise direction when viewed from the motor side, the position of any two of the three-phase lines on the controller can be reversed.
Do not rotate in the opposite direction to avoid the impeller of the submersible mixer falling off and damage the mixer.
The direction of rotation should be checked after the initial start of the submersible mixer or after each reinstallation.
An insulation tester is used for the insulation resistance of the stator. Tested with a 500V-DC high resistance meter. The insulation value between the phase lines and any phase line and the ground shall be not less than 1 MΩ.
4. The oil chamber of the oil filling and oil change submersible mixer has been filled with an appropriate amount of lubricating oil before leaving the factory. The oil should be replaced every year.
The oil chamber may be stressed. Please cover the oil plug with a cloth to prevent the oil from splashing out.
Be aware of the condition of the damaged and worn components to ensure the stability of the submersible mixer or its components, ensuring that they do not roll or fall, resulting in personal injury or damage to items.
