After field investigation, the occurrence of strawberry root rot is closely related to the soil environment. In general, root rot of the plots growing within 5 years of strawberry is less likely to develop, or is not affected; root rot in the old sheds planted in 5 years, especially in more than 10 years, is particularly serious, and the yield is also reduced. We found that the roots of strawberry root rot were significantly shorter than the normal roots, and the color was dark. The adventitious roots of the roots died in large numbers, and new roots were sparse after being attacked by pathogenic bacteria. The damage to the roots and the ability to absorb water and fertilizers will directly lead to the failure of normal transport of moisture, inorganic substances and nutrients, resulting in weaker or darker yellows. In recent years, the disease has risen in the strawberry growing area, and strawberry root rot has occurred in Jiangsu, Hebei, Shandong, and Liaoning provinces.
Prevention and cure of strawberry root rot should start from the following aspects:
1. Rational rotation, clean up the pastoral. Timely eradication of field rickets and diseased bodies, concentrated burning. 3. Chemical control. Strawberry root rot should be mainly prevented.
